Jamie has been published in dozens of financial, educational and legal journals. Jamie is CEO of Bryn Mawr Capital Management and CWO at WSFS.

Bonnie Treichel is the Founder and Chief Solutions Officer of Endeavor Retirement, a consulting firm dedicated to solving problems for plan sponsors, advisors and service providers in the retirement plan industry.  She was awarded InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 in 2023, the ABA’s On the Rise - Top 40 Young Lawyers Award in 2022.

United States Naval Academy graduate, former two-sport NCAA Division 1 athlete, applied mathematician, cryptologist, cyber security specialist, and robotic general surgeon all before the age of 35, Dr. David Rhoiney arose from poverty and homelessness as a child to create a type of success that serves as a blueprint for others to follow.

His life’s mission is to leave a lasting legacy that helps decrease the wealth gap and ease the barriers to a successful life that exists in the United States.

Julien Franklin serves as VP, Endowments, Foundations, and Charitable at Bryn Mawr Trust. With over 15 years in the nonprofit and financial services sectors, Julien has worked with institutions, individuals, and charitable organizations, helping them harness capital to fulfill their missions and impact their communities for the long term.


Julien has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees across the Philadelphia region including Junior Achievement of Southeastern PA and The Regional Foundation. As a lifelong financial literacy advocate, Julien is proud to help young financial professionals advance their careers and strengthen the future of the sector.


Julien holds a Chartered Advisor of Philanthropy (CAP) designation and has expertise in the utilization of charitable vehicles, strategic grantmaking, and nonprofit operations. He is a graduate of Trinity College.

Anna is a passionate believer in the empowerment of women and minorities in America. She is the founder of Dare to Dream Financial Planning: a fee-only, virtual financial planning firm that serves the needs of 30/40 something women of color who want to live boldly and make a lasting impact on their family tree.  

She is also the host of the “First-Gen Realness” podcast. There, she engages in conversations with her fellow first-generation Americans in order to reinforce their value and immense contributions to the fabric of America. By fostering a sense of community, she hopes to remind her peers that they matter, their stories are important and they are not alone in attempting to navigate multiple cultures with grace.

 Anna is a native New Yorker; lover of everything related to food, the Gambia, Latino history, West African culture, and literature.
